Product Description

One of our most popular bags, the C Bag is a large capacity messenger bag ideal for everything from the daily commute to weekend escapes further afield. The main compartment, containing a suspended laptop holder, is joined by a large front pocket with a water-resistant zip and two improved rear pockets for easy access to a water bottle, your phone or any other essentials.

The C Bag is constructed from a durable, hard-wearing Cordura fabric and has a padded, quick-release shoulder strap that tucks away in a dedicated side pocket while you’re riding. There’s even an integrated high-visibility rain cover that has a wraparound reflective band, perfect for unexpected showers or just the odd night time ride.

Updated for 2016, the C Bag now comes in three finishes to complement both your Brompton and your own look: bold Lagoon Blue for maximum impact, subtle Berry Crush trim with matching zip pulls, or stealthy all-black for an elegant simplicity. Whether attached to your Brompton or taken with you about town, the C Bag really is a versatile and stylish all-rounder.
Why not finish the look with a matching saddle pouch?

I love this bag. I’ve been using one for about 3 months now and am very impressed by its versatility. I frequently have to stay away for 2-3 nights at a time and I can get my waterproofs, nightwear, changes of underclothes, toiletries and extra hats and gloves in the main part, with bottles of water and snacks in the pockets. I particularly like the large velcro front flap because I can load up the bag with more than it should hold and it’ll still close and stay firm. It’s also not too big to carry around as a normal shoulder bag. I could not have managed the last few months without this bag and I look forward to using it for many years to come.

    Fantastic bag,
Room for waterproofs, an extra layer for when it’s cold, and a 17″ laptop slide in nice and snug.
Even room to pop the cycling helmet in when jumping on the train.

So much better that cycling with a rucksack on. No more sweaty back in the summer.

Having a waterproof cover built in is a bonus, though it’s pretty shower proof without.

One little niggle, it would be nice if the description on the site was clearer about ordering the frame as well. I didn’t notice and couldn’t initially use the bag as intended,

Ruggedly built the simple beauty of this bag is how many pocket options it allows you, whether it is for your keys in the small back pocket your laptop in the padded central area or your lunch. I like that because it makes getting at stuff very much easier. The latches are tight to open but that will ease off in time. This bag has a timeless quality that means it will still be servicable for many a season. Now if only Brompton made……

This bag combines a stylish design, ruggedness with generous carrying capacity and I now take it with me whenever I go cycling.

I mainly use this during my daily commute to the office carrying my IT equipment, easy to detach, and sometimes I’ve used it has a briefcase when not using the bike.

The bag does not upset the balance of the bike when attached to the front quick release bracket mechanism. I can certainly recommend this item.

I have had this bag for about 6 months and use it daily for a short commute to work.
I really like all the small pockets around the bag, especially useful are the two at the rear where I keep keys and things I need to get easily.
The main pocket is large, with plenty of room for waterproofs and work gear.
The high vis waterproof cover is very effective, but a bit tricky to put on when the bag is full.
Bike handling is not affected even when fully loaded.
I’m really pleased with the bag and would recommend it.

I’ve been using this bag for a couple of months now. It is ideal for my commute. It holds all the bits I need for work, laptop, notebooks, food etc. plus a change of cloths, my waterproofs and a selection of tools and spare tube. Lots of useful pockets to keep things organised. The bright yellow inside makes finding what you want really easy.

I love the simple way it attaches to the bike on the front which doesn’t upset the ride at all, even when the bag is full and heavy.

Overall the bag is really well made and looks like it will last as long as the bike!

I cannot believe I waited so long to get this bag – then again it meant I lucked out and could get the recent all-black version. Everything mentioned above rings true for me: roomy, easy to use, great design, doesn’t affected the handling. It’s easy to slip off and on the frame required to mount it on the front block, so I have started using it even when I don’t commute by bike. A recent discovery has been that a “tube padlock” fits into the rear pockets when coiled twice – super helpful for those days when I suspect that taking the bike indoors will not be an option. All in all this is a perfect bag for the commute: fits my handbag and gym clothes, or handbag and groceries, while keeping everything organised.

I purchased this for my wife who is delighted with the C bag. I bought the T bag for myself but I find that having the combination of the two bags available works well so we tend to use whichever suits the individual trip best. This bag looks a bit more stylish than the T bag but does not have quite as large capacity, however it is suitable for most needs. It is very well constructed in line with the other Brompton items I have purchased.
